Disappointment but don't count me out yet....
Okay I said it was a rough month of February for me, but I am back on track. Some regular excerising with Char and other activites plan should bring me right back where I need to be. I did gain weight this past month and knew I would was just shocked it was so much more than I thought.
Started back to my log and have planned many more activities for getting myself moving again. The weather will start to "Lighten Up" and so will I!!!!!!!

Today's comments
I am very blessed to have such great friends who have seen me here and called just to say hi and how are you. Please take this is a formal "THANK YOU" to all of you. You have been a wonderful supply of strength over this past year.
For my fellow contestants, you really need to find time to take Charlene's class on Tuesday - Thursday. She kicks your $*& but WOW did I feel really good walking out of there on Tuesday. Now how I feel today is another story :) but all worth it and will be back next week for more. Personal stuff tonight and can't be there. Thanks Char....
Not sure I will get a positive result this Saturday. I am a stress eater and the last three weeks have been terrible. I hope to at least not go up.
Will let everyone know on Saturday, thanks again for those who are following me and wishing me well with this.

Stress Eating
So anyone out there have any suggestions for stress eating. This month was a really bad month to start this program up that is for sure. Too much kid stuff going on, a new job, death in the family. But then again what stress.... :)
At least I know my problem, however, can't figure out what to do about either.....
Open to suggestions from anyone there? Maybe March will be a bit calmer.... wish me luck!

Life and Eating
Boy I can tell when I eat too much and when it corresponds with stress. Have to different family members in the hospital and all I want to do is eat. It is really hard not to have a really big good night snack right now.....UGH sleep come fast so I can wake up for breakfast......Char take me away with a good work out on Tuesday

Tonight
Looking forward to a nice night out on the town with friends - happy weekend to all!
Dancing is just as good as getting to any gym any day....however, there are no clubs to go to like there was when we were "young" everyone remember, Utopia, Cosmo, etc. Oh for those days again, that would mean I was thinner too! :)

Still not really thinking about a "diet", just watching what I am doing more carefully. Can't wait for the "kids" stuff to be over so I can feel less guilty about thinking about "MOM". One more week......then watch out.....

Weigh In
My weigh in went much better than I thought. I have been losing weight since July (40 lbs since July actually). I threw it during the holidays but was very SURPRISED AND PLEASED that I did not gain or lose during that time. It will be nice to have the Tuesday / Thursday thing with Charlene - will start that in two weeks when stuff with my son are over. Right now his events come first. Winter is always a busy time because of hockey - senior year next season.
Yes, I am every definition you have read or thought of for "Hockey Mom's" and I love every minute of it..... :)

Crazy Week
What a crazy week to start a diet - nothing but run, run, run - why couldn't this start in March much better for me.
Well isn't that always the way, a time for mom is never a good time. Another two weeks and it can be all about mom some of our life will calm down a small bit :)
