Stress Eating
So anyone out there have any suggestions for stress eating. This month was a really bad month to start this program up that is for sure. Too much kid stuff going on, a new job, death in the family. But then again what stress.... :)
At least I know my problem, however, can't figure out what to do about either.....
Open to suggestions from anyone there? Maybe March will be a bit calmer.... wish me luck!

I am pulling for you! Great to see you at exercise class last night. Having stress in your life is difficult but you need to control how you REACT to stress. I know easier said than done. Go for a walk, punch a pillow, call a friend. Try and find another escape besides eating.
